Track
Record moods and the context you choose to keep around them.
Record what you are working on, notice what happens when you try it, and bring useful reflections back with you.
Therapy work does not stop when an appointment ends. Symplia gives you a place to record the things you are working on, what you notice while doing them, and what you want to remember for next time.
Therapy homework is anything you and your therapist agree you will try or notice between sessions. It might be a thought record, a breathing practice, a conversation you plan to have, or simply paying attention to when a feeling shows up.
In Symplia, you record the work yourself. Therapists do not currently push assignments into the app through a provider dashboard, so this is your own record of what you agreed to do.
Writing it down helps because it is easy to leave a session with a clear plan and lose the detail by midweek.
Symplia is designed around a simple loop: capture what is happening, look back with context, notice what repeats, and decide what is worth carrying forward.
Record moods and the context you choose to keep around them.
Put experiences, questions, thoughts, and observations into words.
Revisit your record and bring useful patterns into view over time.
Symplia is not therapy, not a diagnostic tool, and not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Read the full FAQ.
Symplia helps you keep your own record of therapy work. Your therapist does not automatically push assignments into the app.
